I stand corrected.

I was at MacWorld yesterday and I saw at the MacMall booth that there
is a new
version of Apple Works, (I can't remember the version number though)
going for $77.
Also another vendor there was selling something called Office but not
MS Office.
This dvd-style case the software comes in, had a Mac OS-X type of O on
it for its product. Inside is supposed to be word processing,
spreadsheet and maybe presentation, (I forget if it had presentation
software like MS PP or not).
The software was $29! Both of the above mentioned products said they
were
compatible with receiving and sending MS Office compatible documents.

Anyway, this is great news that there are easily available alternatives
to the expensive
MS Office.

I would like to know who makes Apple Works and if Apple had anything to
do
with getting another revised version out there to the public?

I could of fallen over when I saw there was a new AppleWorks. Wow
