[Ham-Mac] OT - but I'm stumped!

Hi,

Is your HD almost full, less than 1 gig?  I had the same problem until 
I made more space on the HD for the CD imaging files, swap files, etc. 
After that my nearly dead drive would mount AND burn the disk. It's 
worth a look.
