I am glad you are enjoying it !

I'm truly sorry to hear about your lost data Clark.
I was afraid this would happen to someone.
As recently as last week I added this (in bold type) to the manual:
"Don't forget to back up your log file every day - just as you would
any other important data on your computer."
<http://dogparksoftware.com/MacLoggerDX/Manual/Pages/logpanel.html>
"By default, the Log Panel displays all the contacts logged in the
"log.dat" file in the "data" folder, but you can set your "Log Files
Path" to any folder on any volume."
"It is a good idea to set this path to a folder under your Documents
folder so that your log data will be backed up when you back up your
other data. This also prevents your log from being overwritten when you
download a new version of MacLoggerDX."
Thanks for the reminder Clark - it's too late to recover your data -
but perhaps your warning will prevent someone else from losing theirs.
