Maybe it's XP. I'm running WriteLog for contesting, the DXLab
software and MMTTY for RTTY in Windows 2000 on a clone PC (AMD K6
400MHz, 256MB RAM, 10GB hard drive) and it all runs just smooth as
silk.

Good luck with the radio interface in Mac OS X. If you can get it
working well, I would like to know how, because getting VPC to talk
to the radio in Mac OS X was an effort at which I finally threw up my
hands.
