[Ham-Mac] Wanted: Mac OSX Utility to format ADIF data for ARRL's LoTW

Yes, I am old fashion because I maintain the old ARRL spiral Log Book for
all DX contacts and have no desire to convert or even try to maintain a
computer based logging program. I have and use an Excel DXCC Worksheet
where I maintain my own DXCC records. It is not fancy but it works for me.
To be able to participate in the new ARRL Logbook of the World (LoTW)
program I need a Mac OSX utility (or maybe Excel template) to format new
country QSOs into the required Amateur Data Interchange Format (ADIF) or
Cabrillo file format. Unless I misunderstood the ARRL information on LoTW,
I should be able to log into the Logbook Users' Web Site at
https://www.arrl.org/lotw/password using my call, the ARRL LoTW assigned
password and upload a text file in the correct format.
I really don't need a logging program or contest software. All I want is to
be able to enter certain QSO's and be able to upload the output file to the
LoTW for DXCC credit. What is needed is a Mac utility to create a ADIF
file... like the utility included as part of the ARRL provided TQSL software
for PC users. The specifications for the ADIF format are outlined at
http://www.hosenose.com/adif/adif.html.
Any suggestions (other than to buy a PC) will be appreciated. Surely I am
not the only Mac user that would like to participate in the the ARRL LoTW
program.
