[Ham-Mac] Who is *NOT* upgrading to Panther?

I have upgraded to Panther here, I have no choice as a developer of
Macintosh software - I have to be able to test my apps on the latest
OS.

Those that don't upgrade are missing a lot of great things that Jaguar
lacks, the improved Preview application is such a joy to use now for
example, and it needs Panther to run.

I want to continue to use iChat AV and if I didn't have Panther I would
have to shell out for a copy of that when the beta expires anyway and
it is included with Panther.

The whole Mac experience is now so much more snappier.

If you are thinking about holding back, don't, it is worth every cent.
