[Ham-Mac] Who is *NOT* upgrading to Panther?

I upgraded 4 machines, 2 at work and 2 at home. No problems with
drivers or applications. In fact many apps are more stable on Panther
than they were on Jaguar. XCode by itself makes it worth upgrading.
