Actually, version 4.2.0 of MultiMode, just being released today, adds 
a waterfall display to PSK31 mode!

You just click on the signal of interest, and the PSK31 center 
frequency is automatically set. I had a fun time yesterday testing it 
out on 14070 kHz on 20 meters, with half a dozen (or more) PSK31 
signals present at one time.

It's been uploaded to the website, but the web page had not been 
updated to say it really is 4.2.0.
