About a month ago I had occasion to use a ham call data base and
realized I had not changed my address after retiring. I found the site
that says they will execute a license modification for $6. I elected
to do it myself and I succeeded. I run an IMAC (blue) with a dial up
connection. I received my revised licenses (station & operator) in
about 2 weeks, I'd say thats pretty good service for a government
agency. I will admit the process was tedious and confusing but I just
kept after it until I finished. As I recall it took a good 20 to 30
minutes, start to finish. By the way I am using Safari, 1.0 beta 2.

Another subject. I have called for you several times on the UT
repeater. Last time was a week ago today. If you would like to chat
please send me a direct email at [email protected] and set up a
sked. I am running echomac and it is performing well. The biggest
problem I had was that I had to acquire a usb mike. Hope to hear from
you.
