Simply put, as long as a Linux version exists, the amount of work required to port it to OS X would be minimal. wxWindows already exists for the Mac, so the only possible things preventing the ARRL from offering a Mac version are laziness, cheapness and/or plain old platform bigotry. My guess is it's the latter, since the number of Linux users out there is no more than the number of Mac users, and the ARRL wasn't too lazy or cheap to cater to that tiny market.
