[Ham-Mac] Contest logging using AppleWorks

Hi, all

I made small spreadsheets for contest logging.
The main target is JARL major domestic contests and others
in Japan.
Small modification to some cell functions allows it to use
in other contests (but I recommend to use other contest logging
tools!).
