You really need to be more specific about what doesn't work. My guess is
that you found that your Echolink couldn't make a connection with any other
station.  Yes?

I've had that problem:

1)  Here at home, I had not set up my router properly, even though I thought
I had.  It was a two-step process, and I had left out one of the steps.
Finishing the second step solved the problem.

2)  At a friend's location in an senior living facility, we discovered that
the telephone system into which his phone line is connected will not forward
unsolicited packets to his computer.  In his case, he's out of luck.
