[Ham-Mac] When are ham-mac digest posted?

I posted a message to the ham-mac relector at 6:50 AM  Sat, 31 May 2003 on
an update on LoTW and it is now 8:43 PM and I have not seen a digest.

 Do digest come out at a certain time?  Maybe they are held until several
messages are in the queue?

I know my  update was accepted because it shows up in the ham-mac Archive at
http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/ham-mac/

Did anybody get a digest on Sat, May 31, 2003?
