I didn't vote even once.  There is no category for me.

"Stuffing the ballot box" can have many subtle means.  The *ONLY* place 
I saw
the "power output" survey announced was the QRP-L mailing list.  What 
do you
think happened to the results?

But, think about it like this... ANYBODY can have an online survey for 
fun.
How about somebody have a "FORM" to submit name/call as a Mac user
and collect names as a "for fun" petition?
