I wrote to Steve, WB8IMY at ARRL, asking about the vote adjustments.
He says that "Our Webmaster discovered that an individual (or
individuals) was "stuffing the ballot box" in favor of MacOS. He has
to go in periodically and weed out them out (he has a way of
identifying those ballots, but I don't exactly how). Since the
ARRLWeb polls are only for entertainment and have nothing to do with
ARRL decision-making, it isn't a big deal."
I've replied asking what the criteria is for duplicate vote identification.
