[Ham-Mac] MacAPRS & TCPIP?

Hello,

I am trying to connect to an APRS Server via internet but it does not work.
It displays "TCP OPEN FAILED" in red colour on the bottom of the screen.
It happens with any server. I have already put the TGP Extension in the
extensions folder.

I am using iBook System 9 and G3 Blue System 9.2.

Any idea about it ?
