[Ham-Mac] pre-announcement of ezAPRS

Greetings ham-mac list -

I thought I'd give you folks an early "shot" at the
approaching beta release of ezAPRS. Its for both Mac and Win
and it will be free!

The first several chapters of the help manual are posted
there. The NEXT chapter has screen shots of the config
dialogs so you can see how easy it is to set up (compared to
most APRS programs). The chapter after that tells about
using it and has a lot of screen shots of various features.
