[Ham-Mac] Making Panel Meter Scale Replacements

Well, after I posted my plea for help I went back to my files and found an
article from the August 1998 issue of CQ VHF that describes how to use MS
Word to create dial scales....am still plodding my way thru but think this
is probably the answer for this one time project.  Have to make a few
translations between the PC version of Word and the Mac flavor but looks
like it's pretty doable.
