I think what he meant was a Carbon app can also run under 9, 8.6, and
possibly earlier. Or you can easily do separate Carbon and Classic
builds of the same source, which I do, because I have found carbon apps
sometimes act wonky under OS9.

Actually, no, I don't. I poked around a little with it, and wasn't
impressed.
