[Ham-Mac] OS Systems Install CDs

    BTW about a year ago lost my Imac original 233 Mhz to a voltage spike on 
the telephone line during a thunderstorm, my wife left it plugged in.
    I have subsequently removed hard drive and installed in old 6360 which 
has been resurrected from the unused.  I used the original Installed CDs to 
install OS 8 on the 6360, then I tried the OS 8.1, and finally the OS 8.6 
Imac CD.  These Imac Install CDs have worked flawlessly on the 6360 
Performer(603e Power PC).
    I am unsure if the OS 9.04 CDs will work the same way on older systems, 
but they are available on EBay at inexpensive prices.  If someone knows, I 
would appreciate this information.  The 6360 running OS 8.6 with 136 MB of 
RAM and 512k cache is the wife's present computer.
