[Ham-Mac] Virtual PC and Digipan

ANYTHING cycle dependant on Windows that doesn't do very careful timing 
will break under VPC. I've found most things that do isosynchronous 
transfers on USB don't work  well under VPC. Also, if you are using OS X, 
you need to rip out almost all drivers for USB devices. Otherwise, the OS 9 
drivers will interfere with VPC use of USB.

Gotta love this machine (sometimes).
