[Ham-Mac] RS232 - RS244

Good morning gentlemen, I know very little about the "inards" of computers,
so, I would like to ask your advice on how to get a device which talks RS232,
for PC connection, to connect and talk to a Mac, which uses RS244 I believe
....the only information I can glean, is that RS232 is an unbalanced system,
and the RS244 is balanced.......can anyone help with the appropriate
