The TNC's would connect with good ole serial/parallel connection.

Tnx. I am specifically looking for folk that have managed to get TNC's
working from a VMWare VM running on Linux, preferably OpenSuSE. I
restate this as I believe there are some issues with communicating with
some hardware not identified by the guest operating system.

Please keep us informed about your use of the Serial->USB cables,
especially if being used from a VM.
