I use OOo Impress for my QSL cards.  I print it one inch from the top
and left corners, feed the sheet through the other way for a second
copy and then run the sheet upside down for the backside lines which
are one inch from the top and right so it matches opposite the front.

I started doing it that way about a decade ago with MS Word and when
Writer proved less than capable, I tried Impress.
