Hi Dave.

For starters, Hamlib can't share the serial port with other
applications for PTT.  Hamlib can send a command to the radio to PTT
and receive, but that's not the same as using the port with a
RigBlaster or some such interface.

gMFSK talks to the '746 via Hamlib on one port and then keys the radio
on another.  FLDigi can command the rig using RigCAT (maybe Hamlib),
but I'm not sure if gMFSK can or not.
