[Ham-Linux] LINUX and Core Duo processor UPDATE

    Found out the reason the CDs would not boot was a compatibility 
problem between the burner I used to create them, and the drive I have 
now. Downloaded the Ubuntu 7.04 .iso file and burned it to a CD, and it 
worked perfectly! While this means I lost a lot of CDs and DVDs that I 
had burned with that old unit, it also means I'm back on track to create 
my dual-boot system.

    I'm waiting on a SATA cable for the second drive, which will be here 
Monday. That means that sometime Tuesday, I'll likely be back here 
looking for advice! Did it once before with Mepis, but it was quite a 
while ago, and I am not, by any means, an expert!
