If you can't get a static IP, there are several dynamic name service outfits
that for personal use ($25/yr range) will provide a small piece of software
that sends your current address to their name server. Try a Google search for
dynamic DNS.

p.s. www.vanbuer.net and radiopc.vanbuer.net are both running RedHat 7.2 and
provided assorted services. Static IP now, but used DDNS in the past.
