Loren if you have a true serial port then use the interface in the PSK 
Handbook by Buck Rogers, K4ABT

If you only have USB then you will need to use a "USB to RS232" 
interface and then use the serial interface in the PSK Handbook.
The simple option would be to acquire a Signalink
