[Ham-Computers] Freeing up Memory

I still run XP SP3 on two of our three machines.  Several years ago (5 to 
10), I had a utility that freed up unused memory.  It may have done other 
things as well, which may be why I can't find it by looking at program names.  
But my recollection is that you just ran it and it did it's thing, displayed 
a report, and terminated.  Does anyone recall the name of any such 
maintenance utility?
