[Ham-Computers] IE 8

Although I did not come up with a method to uninstall and reinstall IE8 
that I was willing to try, the next day the problem with the Stamps.com 
software fixed itself.  From which I concluded that the problem was at their end, 
given that between the last time I tried it when it didn't work and the next 
time when it was back to normal, all that I did was sleep a few hours and 
take our dog for her morning walk.
