John,
I don't run wireless here but if the port on the existing wireless router
is one into which you could plug a computer, printer, etc. for a wired
connection, I do know that you can daisy-chain routers. What I don't know is
anything about the RF side. If the distant router is outside the wireless
connection radius to the first router and within the cable run limits, I don't
see why it wouldn't work.
