[Ham-Computers] Connecting Tablet to PC.

No idea.  Looks like more work than worth it if it would work.  Can get
cheap devices already wired.  Have him get a local (no ham license required)
to help him.  Common knowledge these days wiring up many devices to be
shared on the internet.  Need to know how his PC accesses the internet too.
