[Ham-Computers] Local Ham with computer troubles...

Hi Gary et al,
Problem is, that (thumb drive) procedure won't work with AVG.  With AVG 
all you get on a "download" is the 'installer' file.  Then you load that 
to your computer and as it starts to install it downloads what it needs 
off the web.  I sent Duane a CD with the installer file as well as a 
direct link to download it directly.  Problem was, when he tried running 
the installer file the program didn't "talk" on his computer, so he has 
no idea what is going on with it.

I searched all over their site, but they DON'T seem to have a complete 
package of the program available for download, only the installer. . .
