[Ham-Computers] Local Ham with computer troubles...

I don't have problems with Windows XP with FAT partitioned HD, I can run all 
my old stuff.  I don't have any of the newer operating systems, so wouldn't 
know where to start.  Any suggestions on the problem below?:

"Kurt, Is there anyway to get an old 1995 16 bit game cd from Microsoft to 
run in 64 bit? I am running home premium 64 bit now to see my extra memory 
on new motherboard but Best of Entertainment ( Bowep ) will now not run, it 
did run in 32 bit ok. If I switch to win 7 professional 64 bit will it's 
virtual XP mode let it run or am I screwed? 73 Ron"
