Exciting news!

"... within a week or two I will have the companion transmit program
txamadrm ready. 73 de Ties (PA0MBO)"

I have requested 32 bit and 64 bit versions for the broadest possible
compatibility with Linux systems.

The app looks for a stereo audio path (though it uses only one channel)
with a 24kHz bandwidth.

He wrote that he has "... run the code on a 2.65 GHz Intel P4, an Intel
I3 @ 3.2 Ghz and an Intel Q 8200 @ 2.33 GHz. On all machines the CPU
usage is in the order of 5 %."

I am planning to test it on a netbook and a laptop. I don't own a
desktop or a tablet.
