[Ham-Computers] Insecure Mail?

Hi All,

A friend of mine is trying to post to the 'mailman.qth.net' lists but is 
getting the posts back telling him that the mail is "insecure". Now exactly 
what is he really being told?

Previously he has not had any problems in posting.

He receives the posts just fine. He only gets into difficulties when he 
tries to post. Any ideas?
