[Ham-Computers] Dell OptiPlex Fan Removal Problem

I received an answer from the Dell forum; my assumptions were 
correct.  I was lucky; another person who asked essentially the same 
question about a year ago never received an answer.

A page from the manual was referenced, but couldn't find the info in 
the manual I downloaded.  I attempted to ask where it was found, but 
had password problems.  After some attempts, I've been banned for 24 
hours so can't post until tomorrow.
