[Ham-Computers] Excel addressing change

As of last night, my excel 2000 now has number for column headings. Previously the column headings were letters, A thru Z then AA and so on.

How do I get my excel back to the former cell addressing of columns via letters?

All the addressing has changed from #LTR to the form of R#C#. Again I prefer it back to the number letter addressing.
