[Ham-Computers] http://w5uq.com - Background persists from sub-page?

I just went to the page for the first time.  The home page is quite green,
went to the Elva page, it's green too, went BACK to the home page, now it's
gray!

I'm using Windows 98SE with Internet Explorer 6.0.
