[Ham-Computers] http://w5uq.com - Background persists from sub-page?

Can someone visit http://w5uq.com, then scroll
to the bottom and visit the Elva sub-page, then
return to the home page?

He is experiencing the greenish background
persisting from sub-page to the home page (which
has a white background).

I do not see this on my Seamonkey browser on two
different Linux laptops so I cannot troubleshoot.

What might cause this on the MS machine using
IE or Firefox?  (He has tried both.)
