[Ham-Computers] Linux Questions - More

Actually, people who are curious by nature *love* to hear
about alternatives, others are happy in a more
intellectually limited environment.

In the Linux world, unlike the proprietary Apple and MS
worlds, it is common for users to experiment with multiple
Linux distros and to use different ones for different
purposes and Linux developers are *free* to customize.

I know that we live in the era of speech-controls, big
brother running every facet of our lives, and attacks from
the highest-levels of political office and the media when
anyone dares to question the powers-that-be but let's not
belittle others in Amateur Radio merely because they mention
alternative Linux distros.

Bad enough that the powerful are petty. Sigh.
