More info please. Are you double clicking the floppy icon in "My
Computer"? Is it the floppy drive on the local machine or the remote
one? Which machine reboots? The one that is local or the one that is
remote or both at the same time?

Define "installed". Is it third party software? Or, did you just turn
on remote desktop access through windows?

Not without further information. I am assuming a Windows 32bit OS, but
you could provide that info also.
