[Ham-Computers] Locked out of computer

If you have another XP machine you can make a password reset floppy disk to clear all passwords.

Why not simply reset "all" factory defaults Loren? Then he can put them 
"all" back in.

I think this is an "all" or "nothing" affair OM.
