[Ham-Computers] Conversion Of Audio/Video DVD To Music Only CD?

Duane, I know little bout the specifics of what is going on but I just
connect the audio out jack of my discrete DVD player to the audio in jack of
my CD recorder; I have also fed the same audio into my PC sound card and
saved the DVD audio as a wav file and then converted it to an MP3 file using
Audacity... dunno if wav or MP3 have the fidelity you seek though...
