[Ham-Computers] BLUE PICTURES IN WORD & POWERPOINT

Nothing to do with blue pictures, but Excel is a spreadsheet, not a database. 
 As a spreadsheet, it's pretty good.  When they were both available and I 
needed a spreadsheet, I somewhat preferred it to Lotus 123.  But as a database, 
you're literally better off using Postit notes or a paper card file system.
