[Ham-Computers] S/PDIF Problems

I cant Get the S/PDIF Output to work on my computer. I Have enabled it and set it as default but there is no sound coming out of it. I have an ASUS P5N64 WS PRO WIFI NF790ISLI Motherboard.

It was working on my other Board but i am not sure how. I had it hooked up and setup how i thought it would work and at first it wouldn't But about a week later just randomly it worked.
