[Ham-Computers] Make an ARRL Avatar

It's a jpg file. A graphics editor that handles jpegs will do it for
you. I don't consider the example you give an avatar, but that's
nit-picking.
I wouldn't duplicate the pic exactly, but there's nothing wrong with
putting your call and the ARRL logo on a colored (or not) square, unless
the ARRL has limits on the logo.
You can right click on that image ans save it to your machine. Actually
you already have it on your machine, but it would be hard to find.
