[Ham-Computers] Make an ARRL Avatar

Now that I know about Tags and Polls (thanks, Phil), here's another question:

I've seen an avatar with call letters next to the ARRL logo.  See

I don't know if using another person's idea with my call letters 
would be considered plagiarism, but if not how would I go about making one?
