if they both have network cards, plug them into a hub or switch, make 
sure they have the same workgroup name and they should be able to `see' 
each other.  Once they can, you can copy to your heart's content.

You can also slave one of the drives by putting it in the other machine 
long enough to copy files or put it in an external case that plugs into 
a usb port.

I'm sure there's a usb cable that will do it also.
