[Ham-Computers] Battery Recharging

It isn't overcharging that reduces battery life, it's the heat inside 
the laptop.  Per online sources, batteries last longer when cool. 
However, I keep the worst battery inside my laptop, particularly when 
"dry camping" in my RV, so I can shut down the computer normally if I 
have a power loss.
